Holy Trinity Family Support Center has solution for some of your children, adult, and family severe medical health, human development, health education, civic education, and many independent training needs. This is a Non-Profit 501 (C) (3) organization. We are also licensed as a residential service agency by the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Health Care Quality, to provide Skilled Nursing and Aides; Level Three: Complex Care Provided by a Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse and RN Supervision of Aides.

MISSION

The family is the center of our society which needs our support by sharing our lives and services with the community in a society of human beings whose rights and responsibilities must be preserved.

VISION

Our vision is to help to alleviate the symptoms and undesired effects of acts of violations of fundamental rights, and integrity of human dignity against our individuals, our families, our society and our nation.

OUTCOME

Physical, behavioral, Social, and spiritual healing or recovery is the right of every individual. Our professional teams and members support each other in achieving these outcomes.

At the Holy Trinity Center, we treat people starting with an assessment: Wound and catheter care, Treatment of stage three or stage four skin ulcers, Ventilator services, Skilled monitoring, testing, and aggressive adjustment of medications and treatments where there is the presence of, or risk for, a fluctuating acute condition; Monitoring of a chronic medical condition that is not readily controllable through available medications and treatments; Infusion therapy; Specialized intravenous therapies or nutrition support; Monitoring for being at high risk for health or safety complications which cannot be adequately managed; or A different level of care after notification of a significant change of condition; an assessment of an individual served, and referral if needed; Contact us at www.holytrinitycenter.org
