T. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: i. How to support and assist in self or individual's exercise of all: 1. Freedom of action without harming or hurting anyone. 2. Good citizenship and petition of government to protect everyone especially the weak, the poor, women, children and anyone whose rights is undermined or compromised. 3. Patriotic acts and civic actions that promote human security; Food, Clothing, Shelter, Health care, and Social services. 4. Rights that include but not limited to security during illness, disability, senility, unemployment and faultless loss of means of sustenance.

At the Holy Trinity Center, we treat people starting with an assessment: Wound and catheter care, Treatment of stage three or stage four skin ulcers, Ventilator services, Skilled monitoring, testing, and aggressive adjustment of medications and treatments where there is the presence of, or risk for, a fluctuating acute condition; Monitoring of a chronic medical condition that is not readily controllable through available medications and treatments; Infusion therapy; Specialized intravenous therapies or nutrition support; Monitoring for being at high risk for health or safety complications which cannot be adequately managed; or A different level of care after notification of a significant change of condition; an assessment of an individual served, and referral if needed; Contact us at www.holytrinitycenter.org
