Our activities are free for eligible individuals. Eligibility is determined through initial screening done at initial encounter. The screening is based on prima facie case that fall within the seven principles of social change listed on the literature, our website or by phone. Services referred to outside agency especially for specialty services like legal, financial and psychiatric or medical services shall be paid for by the individual unless it is included in the individual’s membership plan. Such arrangement is between the individual and the respective service provider of their choice.
We monitor and advocate for high level service or representation for the individual; simply looking out for our members. Our agency, at the approved staff discretion, may provide financial assistance to help the individual pay for such services or use any time donated by any donor, sponsor or member to assist any individual.
Organizational members may donate their time equivalent to the advantage of the members.
As a member supported program, the following membership subscription fee/benefit is expected to be implemented per month:
1. Basic: $5.00
2. Standard: $10.00
3. Satisfaction: $25.00
4. Fair: $50.00
5. Good: $75.00/free support
6. Excellence: $100.00/ free support+
7. Excellence +: $150.00/ free support++
8. Excellence ++: $200.00/ free support+++
9. Bronze: $250.00/ free support++++
10. Silver: $500.00/ free support+++++++
11. Gold: $750.00/ free support++++++++++
12. Diamond: $1000.00/ free support++++++++++++
