The safety and well-being of everyone at Holy Trinity Center is our highest priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for visitors, staff, volunteers, and members of our community.
- Remain calm and follow instructions from Holy Trinity Center staff, emergency personnel, and public officials.
- Be aware of emergency exits, evacuation routes, and designated assembly areas.
- Do not use elevators during a fire or evacuation unless directed by emergency personnel.
- Never re-enter the building until authorities have confirmed that it is safe.
If someone is injured or becomes seriously ill, notify a staff member immediately and call 911. Do not move the person unless there is an immediate danger. Provide assistance only if you are trained and it is safe to do so.
If you see fire or smell smoke, activate the nearest alarm if available, notify staff, and evacuate using the closest safe exit. Stay low if smoke is present, and move away from the building to the designated meeting area.
During severe weather, follow staff instructions and move to the designated shelter area. Stay away from windows and glass, and remain indoors until officials announce that it is safe to leave.
If you notice suspicious behavior, an unattended item, or another safety concern, do not approach or touch it. Move to a safe location and notify a staff member or emergency personnel immediately.
Please help us maintain a safe environment by:
- Keeping hallways, exits, and stairways clear
- Supervising children and vulnerable individuals
- Reporting spills, hazards, or damaged equipment
- Following posted signs and staff directions
- Respecting all safety and security procedures
